Robert Pattinson Asked to Stop Luring Pedophiles on Set While Filming ‘Dune: Part Three’

From a bush outside of Legendary Entertainment HQ in Burbank, I can now confirm that throughout the filming of Dune: Part Three, Robert Pattinson had to be asked to stop luring unsuspecting pedophiles onto the set to ambush them. During an interview with press earlier this week, Dune director, Denis Villeneuve, discussed the on-set disturbances and the hard line he drew in the sand with Pattinson that almost drove the star to exit the film.
“When Rob told me he was doing Primetime, I was really nervous that we were looking at another Elvis situation, like we had with Austin Butler on the last film,” Villeneuve said before trying a very rough Elvis impression. “Rob understood my concerns and dropped the accent anytime he was on set. He was really respectful about the whole thing. Then we get a few weeks into the shoot, and I find out strange men are being lured onto set. I approached Rob about it, and he thought it was harmless. I told him to stop. He then called me a pedo-simp and stormed off set for the day. I thought we were going to have to recast him.”
Dune star, Timothée Chalamet found himself in the middle of the conflict between his co-star and the director.
“Rob talked me into posing as the kid that the guys were coming over to drink and have sex with. He told me I could keep any of the beer they brought over,” Chalamet shared on a recent episode of Hot Ones. “It was fun at first, but it got to a point where it was all he wanted to do when we weren’t filming. Finally, it got to a point where the whole cast and crew had to sit Rob down for an intervention. We told him he had to stop or he was off the film. He disappeared for a day, but he came back and he hasn’t hunted a pedophile since.”
Pattinson admitted on a recent episode of the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon that he may have overdone the pedophile hunting.
“Oh man, I hunted a lot of pedophiles to get ready for this film,” Pattinson said to a twitchy-eyed Jimmy Fallon who was on his thirtieth “that’s great” of the interview. “It’s just so riveting, luring an unsuspecting predator into a trap and telling him to “sit down.” It just really gets my blood pumping. I could go for one more right now, Jimmy. You’re buddy Horatio in town?”
