‘Avengers: Doomsday’ to be Followed by Exam

No grading curve confirmed.

From a bush outside of Disney HQ, I can now confirm that the latest film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Avengers: Doomsday, will be followed by a full exam. Directors, Anthony and Joe Russo, announced the exam during a surprise appearance at an early screening of the film.

“You didn’t need to do any homework to prepare for Doomsday, but there will be a test after every screening, including this one,” Joe Russo said, before handing out number two pencils and paper copies of the exam. “You can start filling in your answers after the second post-credits scene. I am handing these out now, but don’t try to cheat and peep at the questions beforehand. Anyone caught cheating, will be removed from the theater and forced to view the film again before retaking the exam.”

Anthony Russo then broke into what Marvel hoped to achieve with this latest ploy.

“Our viewers aren’t retaining the information needed for sequels," the older Russo brother said, rolling up his sleeves and taking a seat on the edge of the stage. “It was either this or rewatching every MCU movie, TV show, and web series we’ve done in the last twenty years, and that sounds like more of a pain than a little exam.”

We caught up with a YouTube MCU influencer, MarvelManiac, post-test, to ask how it went.

“So, I signed an NDA and can’t be overcritical,” MarvelManiac said before showing off a picture of his 4K MCU collection that caused me to nod off for a few seconds. “What I can say is that the test is super easy. Some of the answers are repeated four to five times throughout the movie, so you can totally be on your phone and still pass this test.”

At press time, the Russo brothers were flustered to discover the preview screening test score average was fifty-four percent. The bush I hid in for this scoop was a Soy Juniper.
