A24 Announces NG+ Screenings of ‘Elden Ring’ Adaptation

Let me solo her added to cast.

From the bushes outside of A24 corporate headquarters, I can confirm that A24 is planning NG+, or New Game Plus, screenings of the upcoming Elden Ring movie.

“NG+ is so popular in the game we thought it only made sense to add the feature to the Elden Ring film,” FromSoftware president Hidetaka Miyazaki said in a press release. “And just like in our games, the viewing experience will also scale in difficulty, and some items you won’t be able to bring with you which must be reacquired. Items like your original ticket, for example.”

Fantasy author and Elden Ring lore master, George R.R. Martin spoke briefly on the matter during a panel at a convention he wandered into uninvited.

“Yes, I am going to die before The Winds of Winter is finished,” Martin said reflexively before realizing the question was not about the long awaited penultimate book in his A Song of Ice and Fire series. “Sorry, force of habit. You were saying? What the hell is an Elden Ring?”

Elden Ring director Alex Garland says the choice to add NG+ to his video game movie debut is all about giving fans what they want.

“This film wouldn’t exist without the fans, and if I can find a way for them to give me more of their money, I’m obligated to do so,” Garland said. “Does the experience change all that much between viewings? No. Does NG+ change anything about the film? Again, no. So, what’s the point? The point is gamers are braindead morons and will throw their money down on things they know they don’t need or even understand why they want; they just need a reason. And I plan to give it to them.”

At press time a pallet of Iron Fist Alexander promotional popcorn buckets had tipped over on the A24 loading dock, covering the entire dock in viscera. The bush I hid in for this scoop was a Rowa Fruit Shrub.
